We are looking to recruit a full time Junior Sales Negotiator as an addition to join our existing team.

You should have experience of working in an estate agent and have a positive and resilient attitude. You are an enthusiastic person who can demonstrate a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Being a car owner is essential.

A competitive package is offered dependant on experience:
-       Basic salary.
-       Plus, uncapped commission as a percentage of net company turnover.
-       Plus, half year and yearly bonuses.
-       Plus, business mileage at 45p a mile.
-       Plus, pension payments.

We are a successful family-owned business in a beautiful location on the Cornish Coast. We have the highest market share on the Roseland and sell properties in all price brackets from multi-million-pound properties to holiday lodges and everything in between.
