Friday 17th July was one of those days that reminds us why we love what we do.
By the close of business, the H Tiddy team had exchanged contracts on three Roseland Peninsula properties, while also conducting multiple viewings and property visits that have already generated one new offer, with two further buyers showing strong interest and expected to make offers in the coming days.
For the local market, it was another encouraging sign. Three Very Different Properties. Three Successful Outcomes. The three exchanges perfectly illustrate the diversity of today's Roseland market.
