From St Mawes to Glastonbury: connecting homes and buyers

Last Wednesday, I joined prime property buying agents and Fine & Country colleagues at Rood Farm in Butleigh, near Glastonbury, for a preview event hosted by Tim Bennett, Regional Director of Fine & Country in Somerset.
The visit provided an opportunity to connect with buying agents whose clients may be considering St Mawes and the Roseland, explore Rood Farm, and offer an existing St Mawes homeowner some support and a familiar face at the event.
Connecting with buyers beyond Cornwall
Buying agents help their clients identify suitable properties, often across several locations. Meeting them gives us an opportunity to understand their buyers’ requirements, introduce the homes we are marketing and explain what makes St Mawes and the Roseland such appealing places to live.
These relationships create further opportunities to bring our sellers’ properties to the attention of buyers who may otherwise overlook this part of Cornwall.
