Supporting the Communities We Call Home
At H Tiddy, our roots run deep within the Roseland Peninsula. We believe that a home is more than just bricks and mortar; it's the vibrant community, the cherished traditions, and the dedicated people who make this area truly special.
H Tiddy's connection to the Roseland Peninsula extends far beyond selling property. We have been part of this community for many generations and believe strongly in supporting the organisations, events and volunteers that make our beautiful area in Cornwall such a special place to live, work and visit.
During 2026, we have so far contributed more than £3,200 through local sponsorships, donations and advertising. Our support has reached a wonderfully varied range of community activities and organisations, including:

From sailing and cricket to horticulture, theatre, music and traditional village celebrations, these events and worthwhile causes bring people together and help preserve the character and vitality of our local area and its friendly community.
Many of these events depend heavily upon volunteers, local businesses and fundraising. We are pleased to play our part, not simply through financial contributions, but also by helping to promote and market events through our many Press and PR contacts as well as encouraging others to get involved wherever possible.
As an independent, locally based estate agency, we understand that property is only one part of what makes the Roseland such a special place to call home. It is the people, traditions, clubs, societies and shared experiences that create a genuine community.
We are extremely grateful to everyone who gives their time and energy to organising these events and running these organisations. Their work contributes enormously to life on the Roseland and across the wider area.
