Meet Our New Sales Negotiator

We're delighted to welcome Tom Orpe to team Tiddy!

We are thrilled to announce that Tom Orpe, an ambitious and highly experienced sales professional, has recently joined our leading estate agency in Cornwall. Tom brings with him a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building long-lasting client relationships, making him a valuable addition to the team. His career achievements extend beyond the workplace. In his first year as captain of his cricket club's 1st XI, he led the team to promotion to the Cornwall County Premier League, showcasing his natural leadership qualities.

After completing his studies at Truro School, Tom embarked on an exciting journey, first travelling to Australia to play cricket. After which, he went on to have a successful career in recruitment, where he honed his business development skills whilst consistently exceeding challenging targets. Most recently, as a Senior Consultant, he was solely responsibility for the South-West region, collaborating with schools, colleges, and councils to provide staffing solutions within the education sector.

A Passion for People and Results
Tom’s passion for people, results, and building strong connections aligns perfectly with our ethos here at H Tiddy Estate Agents. Tom is excited to join the team and to work alongside colleagues who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge within the sector.

As Tom says:
"Delighted to have joined team Tiddy, I’m excited to be working alongside colleagues with a wealth of experience and knowledge within the sector. I look forward to learning from the best and becoming a well-respected agent for this prestigious Cornish agency—all while working in the most beautiful part of Cornwall."

A Warm Welcome from Mark Willson, Director of H Tiddy
Mark Willson, Director of H Tiddy, had this to say about Tom’s arrival:
"We were very impressed by the calibre of the candidates we interviewed. Tom’s personality, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the local area, combined with his strong work ethic and results-driven mindset, ensure he will be a key player in our continued success. His commitment to outstanding service and building lasting relationships with clients makes him an ideal fit for us. We offer Tom a warm welcome to team Tiddy!"
